How it works:

Relocating to Glasgow is simpler when you have someone local to act for you. The steps are the same for all clients - professionals, families, students and UK relocators.

1. Tell Us What You Need

Email us with your dates, budget and requirements.
We reply within 24 hours.
If useful, we arrange a short call or video chat to clarify your needs.

2. Agree the Tasks, Fee and Deposit

You receive a written outline with clear tasks, timelines and pricing.
A deposit is taken at this stage.
Once the deposit is paid, your service begins.

3. WhatsApp Chat Opens

After the deposit is received, we open a private WhatsApp chat for your case.
This becomes the main communication channel for updates, photos, videos and decisions.

4. Property Search

If you have asked for a property search, we:

• shortlist suitable rental properties and propose them to you

• carry out up to three viewings, with reports, photos and videos

• liaise with reputable letting agents

• advise on suitability, area and likely competition

• check the property before move-in if you wish

Additional viewings are £75 each.
This stage continues until you choose a property.

All updates are shared through WhatsApp.

5. Secure the Property

When you select a property, we handle the practical coordination:
agent contact, viewing arrangements, key handover and basic checks.

You sign the tenancy directly with the landlord or letting agent.

Once the tenancy is approved, we can move to setup tasks if you have requested them.

6. Move-In Setup (optional add-on)

Only begins after the property is secured.
Tasks can include:

• arranging Wi-Fi installation dates

• setting up utilities

• providing a UK SIM card

• handling deliveries

• stocking essentials

• light furnishing assistance

• local GP registration

You choose which of these you want.
Everything is confirmed through WhatsApp or call or email

7. Arrival Support

If required, we meet you at the airport or at the property.
We check everything works, give a short area briefing and help you settle in.
WhatsApp remains open during your travel.

8. First-Weeks Assistance (Optional)

If anything arises — repairs, Wi-Fi issues, safety concerns or orientation —
you message us on WhatsApp and we assist at an hourly rate.

Full-term support is available for students and families who want ongoing local contact.

9. Stay in Touch

Your WhatsApp chat remains open for light-touch follow-up.
Parents, employers or universities can receive updates with your permission.
