No, you pay for the service you choose. Ongoing support is optional and billed only when required.

Yes. With clients permission we can provide updates or act as a point of contact.

We actively liaise with letting agents to minimise issues. If a property isn't ready, we help you understand your rights and find interim solutions. 

Yes, Sort & Settle Glasgow operates under a limited company with appropriate professional indemnity cover. 

You contract with a registered UK limited company, We have public sector backgrounds, local knowledge and transparent pricing. You can also schedule a call prior to booking.
