What's included:
• Attendance at the viewing on your behalf
• Photos and a short video walkthrough
• Honest written/ verbal feedback on condition, suitability and any concerns

-
A fully managed search and securing service for clients relocating to Glasgow who need a trusted presence on the ground, from first search through to lease signature.
We manage the process end to end so you don't need to track listings, attend viewings, or manage agents yourself.
Includes:
• Initial consultation to define your brief, priority areas and budget
• Proactive property search and shortlisting based on live availability
• Direct liaison with letting agents
• Arranging and attending viewings — five included, £75 per additional viewing
• Photos and video walkthrough after every viewing
• Honest feedback on suitability, demand and likely competition
• Guidance on offer strategy, timing and positioning
• Full oversight of referencing, timelines and documentation through to signed lease
• Key collection and access coordination
• Liaison with your shipping agent and safe receipt of goods ahead of arrival, if required (*subject to staff availability)
• Practical arrival preparation, and guidance on setting up utilities, broadband and council tax registration
Searches run over an eight-week window from instruction. If the right property hasn't been secured within that time, we'll agree a short extension together rather than leaving you unsupported.
We work with a limited number of clients at any one time, so we can move quickly when the right property comes up

For families relocating to Glasgow, securing the right home is only part of the picture. Schooling often drives where you live, how quickly you need to move, and the level of risk you can afford to take.
Home Search + Schools combines everything in Home Search with clear, practical guidance on education, so your property search and schooling plans are aligned from the outset.
Education strategy
We take time to understand the ages and stages of your children, your state vs private preferences, and your academic priorities and future plans — then give you a clear, realistic overview of your options in Glasgow.
Area & school matching
We align your property search with schooling from day one. This includes identifying areas linked to higher-performing state schools, explaining the differences between Glasgow City and neighbouring authorities such as East Renfrewshire and East Dunbartonshire, and matching your budget to realistic catchment options.
Catchment guidance (state schools)
We explain how the system works in practice, not just in theory: how catchments are defined and enforced, the limits of placing requests for popular schools, the importance of timing and proof of address, and the risks of securing a property outside the correct area. This ensures you make informed decisions before committing to a tenancy.
Jordanhill School — detailed guidance
Jordanhill is widely regarded as the highest-performing state school in Scotland, regularly ranked at or near number one in national league tables such as the Sunday Times. Demand is extremely high, and entry is governed by a strict geographic system: List 1 (core catchment, priority access) and List 2 (wider area, no guarantee of a place).
We provide a clear explanation of how the List 1 and List 2 system works, identify which streets and areas fall within each category, and give practical advice on what this means for your property search — so you understand what's achievable and avoid costly mistakes.
Private school guidance
For families considering independent education, we provide an overview of Glasgow's leading private schools — including academic standards and ethos, entry requirements and timelines, and location and daily travel considerations. This covers schools such as The High School of Glasgow, The Glasgow Academy, Hutchesons' Grammar School, and St Aloysius' College.
Property & school alignment
All property recommendations are filtered against your schooling requirements. You're not simply shown good properties — you're shown properties that work for your family.
Application readiness
We guide you on the documentation required for school registration, the timing of applications, and the practical steps that help you avoid delays or refusals.
