4. Search and Shortlist

   We identify suitable options and sense-check availability, pricing and competition.

5. Viewings and Reporting

   We attend viewings as agreed, providing clear written or verbal feedback, photos and video. Viewing limits depend on service level selected.

6. Secure the Property

   We coordinate practical steps you sign the tenancy directly.

After arrival*

Support to ensure a smooth transition once the tenancy is secured.
