Viewings and Reporting
We attend viewings as agreed, providing clear written or verbal feedback, photos and video. Viewing limits depend on service level selected.
Secure the Property
We coordinate practical steps you sign the tenancy directly.
After arrival*
Support to ensure a smooth transition once the tenancy is secured.
Coordination of access and key collection.
Practical preparation ahead of arrival.
Guidance on council tax registration and utilities.
Support with GP registration and local healthcare access.
Practical local information including. parking permits and every day logistics.
Short term post arrival assistance to support settling in.
